Luggage locker reservation in advance – up to 30 days
At MedHotel Smart Krupnicza, you can reserve a luggage locker up to a month in advance. It’s the perfect solution if you’re planning an early arrival or a late departure and want to be sure you can store your luggage without any hassle.
How it works (step by step)
Make an online reservation: go to the locker reservation form → Reserve a locker
Select the date and time slot for your luggage storage (you can book up to 30 days in advance).
Confirm your reservation:
MedHotel guest: provide your booking number / last name (the system will automatically verify your eligibility).
Non-hotel guest: complete the payment of 45.00 PLN according to the rules –

Receive your access code: on the activation day, you will receive an individual code that opens the locker and the main entrance door to the hotel.
Priority rule

MedHotel guests have priority in locker allocation (verification based on booking number).

Non-hotel guests may use the lockers only if available and after paying the 45.00 PLN fee.
Main conditions

Reservations can be made up to 30 days before the planned storage date.

Availability is limited – reservations are confirmed based on the order of requests and the guest’s hotel status.

Luggage dimensions and weight: max. 80 × 50 × 40 cm and 10 kg per locker.

Exceeding the time, weight, or size limits may result in an additional fee.

Each locker has an individual access code (the same code opens the hotel’s main entrance).

Can I reserve more than one locker?
Yes, depending on availability. Please note that the second and any additional lockers are treated as a paid service.
What if I am not a hotel guest?
You can reserve a locker only if available and after paying the 45.00 PLN fee – payment details.
When will I receive my locker code?
On the day your reservation becomes active. The code is unique and also opens the hotel’s main entrance.
The code stopped working – what should I do?
Please contact the staff – we will help you restore access

What if my luggage is larger?
The lockers fit medium-sized suitcases and most cabin luggage
(e.g., Ryanair, LOT, Wizz Air). XXL suitcases, large sports bags or strollers
may not fit.
