In reality, the codes were sent three times — via Booking.com chat and SMS, including on the day of arrival. To make sure your codes arrive:

• Your phone number must be correct and up to date in your Booking.com (or other platform) reservation.

• Your phone must be switched on and able to receive text messages.

• Airplane mode or unknown-number blocking must be disabled.

Without these steps, you won’t get your code — which can lead to unnecessary stress or even a missed check-in.
